3 Ways A Stylist SAVES You Money + Time
Hiring a personal stylist can feel like an investment or a luxury you can’t justify, but, are you aware of the money you could SAVE in the long run by hiring a fashion expert? When you are comfortable and confident in what you wear it changes everything, truly:
How you walk into a room
The way you present yourself
How you feel about yourself
How you non-verbally communicate
The ability to not fuss with your clothing all day…and so much more
But even with this added value in your life, we all want to make sure what we spend on our money on is worth it. Here are THREE ways, hiring a Stylist can save you money:
Time is Money
You’ve heard this phrase a million times, but in this case especially, hiring an expert to do something that could take you triple the amount of time to do is WORTH it. You are a busy boss lady. Whether you’re in the workplace, on a Zoom call, or Supermom-ing. When you notice you hate everything in your closet, your size changed, or you are wanting to feel better about yourself, action must be taken…and you can absolutely do it yourself. But, how many hours on Pinterest, weekends spent shopping online and in person, and time spent returning items that don’t actually work will it take for you to discover your style and create a wardrobe you love?
A wardrobe stylist is trained, plus is naturally gifted, at guiding you in the process of developing your style and building a wardrobe, and you don’t even have to leave your house.
I can probably guarantee you spend money investing in your hair, skin, nails, massage care. And you should, if you can, because they are professionals and can probably do those things better than you, my friend. And, they also save you the time of learning it, and doing it yourself… and possibly not doing it that well. Eek
If you believe time is money, then if you can save even just 20 + hours of your time, how much money will you save?
You don’t have to buy anything new to have great outfits
Yep, you read that right. When you hire a stylist, their bread and butter is creating outfits that you would never put together yourself. Not because you aren’t creative or capable, but because this is their JOB. This is where they study, train, and thrive. One of my favorite phrases to hear in a styling session:
“I would have never but this together, But I love it!”
A stylist can bring newness and refreshes your wardrobe without even buying anything new. I offer a package called ‘Closet Revitalization’, where we ONLY make outfits for what you already own. No shopping required.
3. Stylists Have Access and Knowledge of More Options
Maybe it sounds braggadocious, but as a Stylist, I can almost guarantee I am aware of more brands, stores, and places to shop than you. And, unless you work in the fashion industry, are obsessed with style and trends, or are a stylist, why would you need to know as many? Save your brain space for the things that matter most to you, friend. With extended knowledge of brands comes advanced knowledge of deals, ways to save, opportunities to recreate looks you love for far less money. I love introducing my clients to new sustainable brands, or how to shop secondhand like a pro. You can still find excellent quality pieces within your budget, and a stylist helps you accomplish this with ease.

If you have been considering hiring a stylist, but have been unsure about the financial investment, I suggest you break it down for your life:
Can you AFFORD to keep not feeling confident when leading your team at work?
Can you AFFORD to continue to not know what to wear everyday, even with a closet full of clothes?
Are you investing in other areas of your life like hair, skin, and nails, but not in your personal style?
Can you AFFORD to not develop your style, love everything in your closet, and never mindlessly shop again?
